These will fix the failure of backlight illumination to the lower information display & 4 individual gauges. This set is appropriate for the 1992 - 1999 3-Series (E36) 318, 318ti, 323, 328 and M3 & (E36/7) Z3 and M Coupe. 

To Install:

1) Twist bulb counter-clockwise to remove from device, then 

2) Twist new replacement bulb into device turning clock-wise. Larger wedge bulbs require that you pull old bulb out of green socket and push new replacement in.
